Q1.Can I buy retail or sample?
Yes retails or samples are available but on extra cost and buyer also pay shipping unlike wholesale we ship freely.
Q2: Is your items Authentic?
A: All products sold are replica and not being sold or represented as originals unless stated otherwise. We guarantee that theyre 100% brand new and mirror images, have the right tags (authenticity cards, booklets) and every marking. They also come with dust bag or boxes. Theyre like the real thing.
Q3: How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?
Your order will besent within 1-2 days once receiving your payment. Shipping is done via either TNT,DHL,EMS, or UPS express. We will give you tracking number via e-mail once your products were shipped. Delivery always take from 5-7 business days.
Q4: If I need to order the items which arent on the website, you can find them for me?
OK, thats no problem.
Q5: Do I need to pay extra for shipping cost?
Our wholesale prices are including shipping cost. If you order more than 12pairs/pieces from us, we would like to offer wholesale prices.
Q6: Can I order a pair /piece sample?
We accept both wholesale and dropship. but our price depends on quantity, larger quantity lower price.
Q7: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Western Union, Moneygram,also paypal is ok.
Q8: Who is your shipper?
All products will be shipped via Express Mail - EMS, FEDEX, UPS or DHL
Q9: What should I do if I still dont receive my order after the estimated delivery timeframe provided by you?
You will have to notify us via email at Fumingapparel@hotmail.com and well investigate for you, followed by working out a replacement solution, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, youve paid us and well ensure you receive your order, by any means necessary. We will inform you of the result within 2 days.
Q10: What about reasons for exchanges and refunds?
We do not offer refunds. We will exchange the products if for reason we sent the wrong shoe or size. Please refer to our Policy Section for more information.
Q11: What will happen if nobody is at home when the package is delivered.
All packages must be signed for. If nobody is at the address you offered to receive your package, it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
